WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?

That depends! The determining factors are when we ship and what shipping option you select.
Engraved Orders: We ship engraved orders in 3 business days (M-F). So if you order on a Monday, it will be engraved and shipped by Thursday of that same week. If the order is received on a Friday, it will be engraved and shipped by Wednesday the following week. If you need a faster turnaround time, we offer expedited service for an additional $10. Just check the In a Rush checkbox on the Shipping Method selection page. It appears at the top of the third column (Processing Time). With expedited service, your order will ship the next M-F business day following the date you placed your order. But, you'll still need to select the right shipping method to get it in time. So, if you placed your order on a Tuesday and need it delivered by Thursday, you'd need to expedite the order by checking the In a Rush box to be sure it ships on Wednesday, and you'd need to select Overnight as your Shipping Method to be sure it arrives on Thursday.
Non-Engraved Orders: Ship the next business day (M-F), but once again you'll need to select a Shipping Method that will get it to you when you need it.
